Student Club Funding

Institutional Advancement reserves funds to help student organizations host events that include alumni.

The Office of Institutional Advancement has limited funds reserved to help student organizations cover expenses associated with hosting alumni speakers. Funds are available on a first-come, first-served basis, in amounts up to $500 each academic year, until they run out.

Submit A Funding Request Form

To apply, the following criteria must be met by the student organization or event:

    • The organization must be an officially sanctioned club through the College and recognized by Student Affairs
    • Requests for funding must be submitted at least one month in advance of the event
    • Alumni must be involved in the event
    • The total of funds requested shall not exceed $500 and documentation of all estimated expenses must be submitted
    • All payments will be made via direct deposit to your organization’s bank account. If your organization does not have its own bank account, funds will be dispersed to your organization through your campus’ SOC Council.
