PCOM Together unites employees around a shared purpose: making a difference in the lives of our students. Participation, at any level, demonstrates our commitment to the mission and strengthens our community, both within PCOM and beyond. After nearly 25 years at PCOM, I see giving as a practical way to support both students and the institution I've grown alongside. For me, employee giving strengthens morale and ensures students have access to tools and opportunities that will ultimately benefit patient care. In a changing world, I think even the smallest contribution is meaningful—an investment in ‘helping the helpers.
