How do I submit a class note for Digest?

You may submit a class note online by logging into our online alumni community or by emailing the note to alumni@pcom.edu.

How do I change my name with PCOM?

In order to change your name with the PCOM, alumni must complete a Change of Information Form and submit legal documentation such as a marriage certificate, divorce decree, or legal change of name documents to the Registrar’s Office.

How do I opt in to receiving PCOM Alumni emails if I unsubscribed?

Please contact alumni@pcom.edu, and we will assist with resubscribing you.

How do I change my address or email address?

You can change your mailing address or email address by completing an Alumni Information Update Form.

Are alumni able to use campus facilities such as the gym or library?

To keep our campus safe and secure, the use of campus facilities is restricted to current students, faculty, and staff. Alumni wishing to access the library’s resources are encouraged to utilize our Alumni Library Portal, which provides access to journals. If you would like to visit campus for any other reason, please contact the Office of Institutional Advancement at alumni@pcom.edu or 215-871-6120.

How do I request a replacement diploma?

Diploma replacements are handled through the Registrar. To order a replacement, complete the Diploma Replacement Form. You can choose to receive a physical or digital copy. If you choose to receive a physical copy, the cost for a replacement diploma or certificate is $25.00. You can a submit your payment of $25.00 to:

How do I access information on an admissions applicant or provide a letter of recommendation?

The Office of Admissions has created a guide for submitting letters of recommendation that can be viewed here.
